The Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Hons) programme offered by LUC permits students to engage in a full time degree course that focuses on the human anatomy and biochemistry at molecular levels.
This further allows the students to explore on the disciplines of biochemistry and cell biology, physiology, developmental biology, microbiology, pharmacology and neuroscience as well as advanced study in research.
The main objective of this course is to prepare aspiring young scientists to engage in research in the field of biomedical sciences. Thus, this programme allows students to engage in both coursework and practical sessions thereby preparing the students to take up the professional challenges in the field of biomedicine.
