Currently completing my MSc in Food Science & Technology – University of Sri Jayawardenapura My interests are in developing a biscuit made out of high fibre palmerah tuber flour. This is an attempt to increase value to nutritious plant sources by making ready to eat food such as ‘digestivities’. High Fibre content in our meal is essential to prevent constipation and for better bowel health.
